This information is temporarily held in the email account for up to two months when it will either be automatically deleted if no further contact is made or transferred into an encrypted and password protected computer database if the referral is accepted.
- In line with legal and professional guidelines of working therapeutically with children and young people, this information is held securely for 7 years after a child or young persons 18th birthday, after which time it will be destroyed.
- Your data will not be used for any purpose than to provide you with a professional Clinical Psychology service. It might also be shared with other services to access you further support (but only with your consent) and also when there is a duty to protect (for example if the information suggests serious and immediate harm to a child). Your data is not sold onto third parties for any reason, including marketing.
- This website is hosted by GoDaddy. The Go Daddy Operating Company, LLC is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under each Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf.
