All those with parental responsibility for your child must be aware and agree to a referral to my service.
Remember email is not completely secure to send personal information. I recommend sending information via a personal email account and password protected document to my email account below (secure and encrypted). Please be aware that when you contact me for a new enquiry I securely store your message, name and email address for 6 months and after that it will be deleted.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Between 9am-4.15pm
I aim to respond within 48 hours but if you contact me outside of my clinic hours there will be a longer delay in my response.
If you need urgent help please contact your GP, NHS 111, your local Childrens Services Single Point of Access (Kingston/Richmond 0208 547 5008), or you nearest A&E department. If your child is in immediate danger please call 999.
